Pricing & RentingHow much does it cost to rent a unit?
Different units cost different prices. The amount of time the rental unit is used, the type of unit, the number of units rented, and the services needed from our staff all factor into our pricing. Please look at our rentals page for more information on unit pricing and contact us if you are interested in a more exhaustive pricing structure. How long can we use the rental? Typically our private party rentals are 4 to 8 hours. Our corporate party rentals are generally set-up the morning of and taken down the day after or set-up the day before and taken down the day of. We do not rent overnight. Is there a multi-unit discount? Of course! How do I pay for my rental? Payment is expected on the day of delivery in the form of cash or business check. Personal checks must be pre-arranged. How far in advance should I reserve my rental? During busy times (such as the summer), our units can be found throughout the North Country. A minimum of 4 week notice is appreciated for planning purposes and to ensure that you get the rental you have your eye on as much notice as necessary will always be helpful. Do you require a deposit? No deposit required. |
Set-UpWhen do you set-up/tear-down?
We typically set-up and tear-down on the same day for private rentals. Our corporate rentals typically have an overnight set-up either before or after the event. How long does it take you to set-up/tear-down? Depending on the number of units and the location of set-up, we can have your unit ready in as little as 20 minutes or for more difficult jobs it may take upwards of 2 hours. What kind of area do I need to have available? The dimensions of each unit can be found on their respective pages and you should always have a few feet between the unit and any additional obstacles such as walls, poles, culverts, etc. Flat ground is needed and grassy areas are preferred. Do I need to have electric and/or water available? Electric is needed to run the pumps on any of our inflatable units or food machines. You need to provide an electrical outlet rated for 220v or a generater. We can provide generators at an additional cost. If the unit you selected uses water we need a spigot and hose. Please note that all of our water units, except for the slip 'n slide, can be used dry. |
SafetyAre you insured?
E&J Party Rentals is 100% insured with top-grade liability insurance. We can present our certificate of insurance as needed. How many children or adults can use the inflatable at once? This depends on each unit. If too many people are on the unit you will notice because the air will not be pumped correctly and your feet will start touching the ground! How often are your units serviced? We inspect and clean each unit both before delivery and after an event is completed. We also service units as needed in-house. If you notice something wrong with our units please let us know. Do I need to sign a waiver of any sort? Yes, event hosts sign a waiver. In certain instances all participants must sign a waiver. Is supervision or staff provided? We have a staff of highly trained individuals who are professional, know our equipment inside-out, and know how to make a party fun. If you would like our services manning the units please let us know as there are additional costs associated. Am I responsible for wear and tear on the unit? Normal wear and tear is covered under our liability waiver. However, wear and tear due to negligence on the behalf of the host or any participants can fall on the event host. Proper supervision of all our equipment is required. |
